Up to twelve pages, including service and location pages, for locally connected businesses with more services or multiple locations. Larger sites are outside our standard packages.

Website packages end at launch and handoff. Ongoing marketing, campaign management, and marketing advice are not included. You supply accurate business information and approve the final content. Page count alone does not determine scope: extensive content or complex functionality may require a larger package. Your quote confirms page and section scope, features, content responsibilities, and any initial hosting period. Domain registration, email, photography, extensive copywriting, paid tools, legal text, advanced SEO, e-commerce, applicant-management systems, and complex application integrations are separately quoted additions.
Project payments: 50% to begin, 25% at design approval, and 25% before launch. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design and content. Added pages, new features, and changes to the agreed project direction are quoted separately.
Initial setup uses our managed Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, generally through CloudFront for website delivery. Client-managed infrastructure and other hosting providers are outside this offering.

Monthly Website Snapshot: A visual email report of visits, popular pages, traffic sources, and tracked inquiries, with month-to-month comparisons where data is available. Includes analytics setup for the agreed metrics. Reports summarize measured activity without marketing advice; tracked clicks do not confirm calls or sales. This is a planned service and is not currently included in any monthly plan. Availability and delivery arrangements will be confirmed before it is added to your agreement.
Monthly billing begins when your website launches, unless your quote includes an initial hosting period. Included monthly time does not roll over. New pages, substantial features, and work beyond your plan are quoted separately. Your agreement confirms support response targets and hosting scope before you begin. Unusual traffic, additional infrastructure, or requirements beyond the agreed scope may need a revised quote, approved before additional charges are incurred. Domain and email fees are separate.
Occasional support: $125/hour. We provide an estimate for approval before starting. Larger improvements can be quoted as a project.

Setup with Zoho or Fastmail. Includes one domain and one mailbox, plus verification, domain connection and authentication records, testing, and handoff.
Businesses with more complicated email or messaging requirements.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setups, advanced migrations, multiple domains or entities, larger teams, advanced shared-access or routing requirements, archiving or retention, application integrations, and automated email workflows.

Yes. Mailbox and data migration is scoped to the people, data volume, and providers involved, then quoted before work begins. It is not included in the Essential Email Plus base price.
Provider fees are separate from our setup fees and are paid directly by you. Essential Email uses a compatible existing inbox and sending service. Essential Email Plus uses Zoho or Fastmail. Other platforms can be scoped through our Custom service. Your provider account stays in your business’s name.
You do. Your domain, email provider account, users, and billing stay under your ownership. We configure the service and document what was done.
No. Additional addresses and straightforward shared access can be part of an Essential Email Plus setup, where supported by your provider and plan and included in the agreed scope. Features differ between providers. More involved requirements are quoted through our Custom service.
Website Email Delivery covers reliable email for contact forms, notifications, and other website-generated messages where required.
